Wellbeing Garden @ Berkeley Prep School

Bridging the gap between humans and nature!!

Our Vision

To create a dedicated outdoor space on campus to provide students and faculty with a place to destress and recharge while fostering awareness, education, and experiential learning on sustainability and the environment.

The Challenge

Berkeley Preparatory School students strive to excel in various areas, but with growth comes the risk of burnout, stress, anxiety, and fatigue. It is crucial that our school prioritizes student well-being.

Research Says

Research shows that connecting with nature and spending time in green spaces are effective in combating stress and burnout.
